Our purpose is to save our clients’ time and energy throughout the recruitment process by providing excellent candidates and a first class service. It is our job to do the sifting and the pre-screening, leaving our clients to select from a small pool of already-interviewed and screened candidates.

Our ongoing commitment to excellence has been a key foundation of our work which has allowed us to experience exceptional growth since our start in 2008. Our method of identifying talented candidates is varied, but includes some of the following;

Our Methods

1. Headhunting

We treat each assignment as though it’s a retained search, even if it’s not, regardless of the seniority of the role. It’s the only way to ensure clients are given the best possible options.

2. Referrals

Our consultants have, on average, more than 7 years industry specific recruitment experience, enabling us to take advantage of very extensive networks. A significant percentage of the candidates we work with are referred to us by people we’ve placed, or worked with. Usually these candidates are not registered with other agencies or using job boards.

3. Advertising

We use all the significant niche job boards to post adverts, which gives the roles excellent exposure. Company names and any information that may identify our clients is always withheld.

4. Social Media

We were very quick to embrace Twitter as a marketing tool to boost awareness, and we continue to use Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook to attract passive candidates.

5. CV Databases

Our own database, combined with the other candidate databases we have access to, enable us to run specific searches for very precise profiles, putting us in contact with huge amounts of active and passive candidates.
